The Blue Point Atlas Baseboard provides eight channels of analog-to-digital conversion (ADC) to an Atlas-I or Atlas-II system-on-a-module. The eight ADCs are each capable of sampling up to 125 MSPS at a resolution of 14 bits. The sample rate of the ADC is soft programmable through a clock generator whose input clock source may be an on-board TCXO oscillator, an external input, or from an optional on-board GPS device with precision time outputs.
